As ALUMINYUM ART “ALUMİNYUM ART”, we act in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in the processing, recording, transfer, sharing and storage of all kinds of personal data and special personal data belonging to our valued customers and We would like to inform you that we are paying due attention to this matter. In accordance with this sensitivity and our Company Policy, we would like to point out that; The data reaching our company is processed into the system only as much as necessary, “since the purpose of which data we will collect is determined by the purpose.” The data declared by our valued customers and/or collected by automatic or non-automatic means is carefully processed, shared, transferred and stored with the administrative and technical measures taken in order to increase the quality of the services we offer, and unnecessary data is deleted. Within the framework of the 10th article titled “Information Obligation of the Data Controller” and the 11th article titled “Rights of the Relevant Person” in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK); As ALUMİNYUM ART “ALUMİNYUM ART” (“Company”), in its capacity as data controller, to its customers and business partners regarding the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose your processed personal data can be transferred, the method of collecting your personal data and the rights you have due to the legal reason. 2 – Situations Where Personal Data May Be Processed Without Explicit Consent as Required by Law

7. It is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.
3 – Collection of Personal Data, Method and Legal Reason
In order to be able to offer and fulfill the products and services we offer as ALUMINYUM ART at the highest service quality and within the legal framework, and in this context, to fully and accurately fulfill our Company’s contractual and legal responsibilities with its business partners, the service, product or commercial activity provided. 4 – Storage Period of Personal Data
In accordance with the KVK Law, your personal data processed for the purposes specified in this “Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data” will be processed when the purpose requiring processing in accordance with Article 7/f.1. of the KVK Law no longer exists and/or for us to process your data in accordance with the legislation. When the mandatory statute of limitations expires, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized and will continue to be used in accordance with the Policy published by ALUMINYUM ART regarding the Deletion, Destruction and Anonymization of Personal Data.

5 – Rights of Personal Data Owner,
Within the scope of KVKK Article 11 and all, we hereby inform you that you have the following rights regarding your personal data;

Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 6,
7. Requesting that the transactions carried out in accordance with paragraphs (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
8. Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
9. Requesting compensation for the damage in case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data,
In cases where it is necessary within the scope of the services we provide and the activities we carry out in the processing of children’s personal data and for the above-mentioned purposes, we obtain the explicit consent of the child’s parent or legal representative in order to process the data in question, electronically or through physical forms, depending on the nature of the service provided.
